Begin by setting a daily intention, and 60 minute Progressive Flow yoga practice.
Two Intention Setting and Reconnection Sessions
We will set the stage for our practice
One Breathing Exercise Tutorial (5 Minutes)
Balance your energy and reconnect with your vital life force.
Two Gentle Meditation Practices (15 minutes each):
One to start to set the stage for our intention and fuel your imagination and one to close off the day we will come together on the mat once more for a gentle, calming, and relaxing practice founded for the day’s predefined intention.
One Evening Energy Balancing and Yin/Yang Practice (75 Minutes)
In this is class you will to take a journey into your life to see where you came from, where you are now and where you want to go. We will use the polarity of heating up (Yang) & cooling down (Yin) to move energy and create balance. Following our theme will will focus on certain areas of the body and our energy centres for deeper exploration into our own life stories .
Three Personal Journaling Exercises:
Since the day is themed & focused around a specific intention, this will allow you to connect deeper with the value of what was experienced for the day. Journalling can be one of the most powerful tools to allow you to discover more about yourselves and that’s why we highly recommend that you take this beautiful opportunity and allow your pen and heart to speak your truth.
20 Page Essential Retreat Yoga Guide Book:
You will be provided with a yoga guide to follow along throughout your journey. The Yoga Guide will contain supportive materials for the ‘Retreat’ itself, and also more detailed information and knowledge about the practice of yoga, yogic philosophy,
1 Course Intro & 1 Outro Video:
A welcome video to bring you into the retreat and prepare you for the journey to come. Then a beautiful touch back video upon completion to wrap it all up, congratulate you, and wish you nothing but love and light on the rest of your journey.
