Both Angie and myself are Certified Paddle Board Yoga Instructors.
Weather permitting, we hope to be able to take you out a couple times
for a session on the water for those who want to come along.

The cottages are beautifully situated in lush vegetation, allowing for a sensual being-in-touch experience with nature. They are simple and natural wood frame structures with screening for natural ventilation. Each Cottage sleeps two people and has a private bathroom with ambient temperature water shower, or you can use our shared bathhouse with hot water showers

These rooms are specifically designed for singles, providing privacy and elegance, while being inexpensive. Single occupancy rooms have a queen-sized bed, shared double occupancy ones have two twin beds, all with a private bathroom with solar hot water and A/C. Located in the main building.
Nature Suite (with a/c)

Nature Suites are very cozy and located on a hillside overlooking the lush vegetation. They are simple and natural wood frame structures and have private bathrooms with an outdoor shower overlooking the jungle. Each Suite sleeps two people and includes a separate enclosed porch with a desk. All Suites have solar hot water as well as air conditioning. The Suites are a short walk up the hill to the Main Building. Nature Suites have a safety box large enough to fit a 17" laptop computer.
Pacifico Cottages (with a/c)

The Pacifico Cottages are tucked away amidst the lush tropical gardens and close enough to the sandy Pacific Beach so that the sound of the Ocean will rock you into sleep. These beautiful and rustic new rooms feature a private porch with a hammock, one queen-size bed, an outdoor shower, air conditioning, and a safe big enough to fit a 17" laptop.
Ocean View (with a/c)

These beautiful ocean view rooms have step-out balconies. The rooms are tastefully furnished and provide the perfect space for two people. Each room has a king-sized bed or two twins, with a private bathroom with solar hot water and air conditioning. Ocean View rooms have a safety box large enough to fit a 17" laptop computer.
Superior Ocean View (with a/c)

These beautiful double rooms have step-out balconies and lots of windows with extraordinary ocean views. The room is elegantly furnished to provide the most luxurious space for couples or singles. Each room has a king-sized bed, a private bathroom with solar hot water and air conditioning. Superior Ocean View rooms have a safety box large enough to fit a 17" laptop computer.
They also have "tent canopies" which are cheaper than the eco-cottages, with shared (not private) bathhouse and a locker to lock up valuables at the office. We can request these too if you want (see their website for description)

PAYMENT AND HOW TO BOOK
Click on the "buy now" button beside the accommodation of your choice to pay your 50% deposit to hold your room. 5% GST is included in your deposit. To pay by etransfer, see below...
You do not need to create a paypal account to pay by credit card. After clicking "buy now" scroll down to the pay by credit card option.
Please note, in order to choose a "shared" room option, two people must occupy the room.
It is first come, first serve on room bookings. Room selection may become more limited as the retreat starts to fill up.

Your deposit is non-refundable.
The balance remaining is due NO LATER THAN December 1st, 2018.
PLEASE NOTE:
You are responsible for travel and cancellation insurance.
We recommend also visiting the travel clinic to see if you need any of your vaccinations updated.
Please do not book any air travel until your deposit is received and your space in the retreat confirmed.
SAMPLE OF OUR DAILY SCHEDULE
5:40am THE SUN RISES. If you are so inclined, it is beautiful to be on the beach at this sacred time to
greet the day. Morning meditation is ideal.
Morning yoga classes - Each day in morning class you will learn about one chakra (choose between gentle or intermediate, two are offered each morning, taught by Lisa and Angie)
7-9:30 Breakfast
9:30 - 12noon Free time (go on an excursion, activity or non-activity of your choosing)
12 - 1:30pm Lunch
1:30pm - 4pm Free time (go on an excursion, activity or non-activity of your choice)
4pm - 5:30pm Afternoon workshop/class (with Angie or Lisa)
5:50pm SUNSET - again, best place to be is at the beach to meditate or just soak up the
potent energy of this time of daily transition.
6pm - 7:30pm Dinner
FREQUENLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is airfare included?
No. You are responsible for your flight to Liberia, Costa Rica.
Liberia is the closest airport to Nosara. It is a 2.5hr drive from the airport to Blue Spirit by the shuttle they provide. (Make sure you book your ticket to Liberia, Costa Rica, not Liberia the country in West Africa
How does the shuttle from the airport work?
The shuttle from the airport costs $60 USD one way. Contact Blue Spirit with your flight arrival information and they will send the shuttle to meet your flight.
When should I arrive?
We check in March 30th 2019 and Check out April 6th ( I will find out exact times)
Flight time from Vancouver to Liberia is between 11hrs and 20hrs (depending on your connections).
Please plan accordingly.
Do I need a passport?
Yes, of course. A valid passport with at least 6 months until expiry from the time of departure from Canada.
Do I need vaccinations to travel to Costa Rica?
We recommend visiting the local travel clinic to see if you need to update any of your vaccinations.
Can I bring my husband or wife?
Absolutely yes! Bring him or her! He or she will love it.
They don't have to do yoga if they don't want to, there is plenty else to do and lots of free time to enjoy it. (though we might talk them into a gentle or restorative class or two ;))
Package prices per person listed above are the same regardless of how few or how many yoga/classes/workshops one attends.
