Service Description

Chakras are energy centres that act like a bio-computer in the body. Each chakra is a seperate program holding information accumulated from your experiences throughout different stages of your life. Over time, these programs become out of date and need to be updated or debugged just like a real computer. Belief systems are created and stored in our programming and passed on to us from our parents, grandparents, teachers. These beliefs even though not all of them are necessarily true, shape the way that we live our lives today and can hod us back from living our true potential and purpose. In these sessions, we will use body awareness, visualization and bodywork, meditation and movement to work through each chakra and identify and clear out old beliefs and blacks to help you create new beliefs that will allow you to cultivate the life you want to live whether its in your relationships, career, dream job, travel, abundance or anything you would like to manifest to live the life you desire.
