What is yoga really? Many people think it’s just movement of the body, but it’s much more than that. Yoga is the unity of coming together of the body and mind. You can think of your body as a garden with many parts that grow. If you grow your garden with full love and attention, it will grow evenly and healthily but if you just let it grow on its own it will grow uneven and the overgrown parts will shadow other parts. Your body grows in the same way and requires the same love and attention.
